I place an order at 7:45 online. It stated my order will be ready at 8:14. I notified them I was there at 8:16. I later tried to call at 8:30 for status. They wouldn't answer the phone. I finally went in and my order is just sitting there. Five minutes later I called back to speak to the manager to inform them my food was cold. I hung up after put on hold for five minutes. The business has been the worst ever and I'm the insane one that keep going back thinking I'm going to get different results. Stay away from online ordering with them. Order 2149 2/24/2021 -
I have eaten at cracker barrel and enjoyed the meals that is why I am so mad at my latest experience. Today being thanksgiving 2020 my wife and I decided to order out online to avoid the long waiting times. I placed an online order at 3:38 pm and was replied that my order would be ready for curbside pickup at 4:13. So good so far. When I got to the store at 4:15 I called and let them know that is was outside in pickup lane 2. 90 minutes and 2 more phone calls later I am still waiting. at the curb. I could have stood on line for a seat in the dinning room. I am disabled so I had to get my walker out of the car to go inside to find out what is going on. I asked for the manager who looked up my order and said it has ben ready all along. I said why wasn't it delivered to the curb. This is while a bunch of associates are milling around. So I took my order and left. The manager gave me a pie for my troubles. This a mistake, ( online ordering at cracker barrel), I won't make again.

My daughter brought me a salad last night. In they past I ordered the chef salad. Yesterday she was informed the did not have that anymore and only had one salad. The salad they now serve is awful! Lots or Romaine lettuce, a few tomatoes, a smidge of cheese, couple of croutons…….chicken breast on top. Tasteless waste of money. Never again.
My most recent, and last, experience with this over rated joint, was terrible. A thirty minute wait and poor service as well. These places should all be out of business. I'm all done with Cracker Barrel.....
Shiloh store is truly horrible. My pickup order were over 20 minutes passed time promised. I accepted that until the cook manager (?) Spoke to me as if it was ready and they were waiting for me to arrive. I was given the wrong order. When I called for the manager, I was placed on hold for a silent 5 minutes before I called back. Spoke to one manager (Brian), who seems to have no clue but a lot of ego, suggested that I come back to the store for a refund. After sharing my thoughts, he voluntarily put me on hold for 3 minutes. Peter resumed the phone call with repeated questions and finally stated to reimburse me for the incorrect meal... their error my waste of time.
Cracker Barrel no longer provides a service in good quality of food that he used to it could be due to covid but I've went to different restaurants in the last week both of them had very few people sitting there waiting for a table and was told at 120 Minutes in another 25 minutes because they did not have the help thumbs down to these people
Okay, so we've tried to be patient and tolerant due to China bug(I will premise by saying I worked in restaurant business for 18+ years). We went tonight for dinner after long day of running errands and wife picked Cracker barrel (was her favorite until tonight). Server came up with trainee, offered to get our drinks, during this conversation she pulled mask down below nose(which was red from allergies or sickness) and sniffled a little. When she went to get drinks we looked at each other like wtf. She came back with drinks and pulled mask down to chin to take food order, sniffling some more. We saw her approach other tables in same way, as she did 2-3 more times with us. This was insane! I'm not the biggest believer in the covid scandal, but we always took precautions even before. We were regulars untill tonight.
I found this branch when staying in Orlando. Having experienced good food, a great server who understands how to look after customers, I asked to speak to the Manager. He came out to meet me inside 30 seconds, and was dumbfounded that I had taken the trouble to express my thanks to him about his staff for going above & beyond what I would expect. Mr Simmons is a great Manager & hope he continues to grow his business & make tourists happy for years to come.
This has got to be the worse ordering experience of my lifel.
As a shareholder in the company, I say sell, sell, sell!

We visited the cracker barrel on Southport Rd. Indianapolis. Sign on the door stated mask are required while in the restaurant. Went inside an noticed a few people did not have mask on. I asked the girl a the front door. She said you don't have to put them on if you don't want to. Mask are required in Marion county by the mayor.
We ordered our food. Took over 30 minutes to get our food and the place wasn't busy.
When I got my food it was cold. Could not find the girl that took our order. When she finally did come around I told her my food was cold. She told me how the cooks would set a order aside while completing the other half of the order and let it get cold. She then placed our check on the table and walked away. So I went to the check out, she didn't ask if out meal was satisfactory. So I told her my food was cold. She's said oh, sorry and finished ringing up our bill. This isn't the first bad experience I have had at this location. Never did see a manager around. Won't be going to anymore cracker barrel's.
We visited cracker barrel down in Tulsa Oklahoma we sit 30 minutes waiting for our order we asked for our waitress she came and said that our order hadn't even been put in yet because of somebody or at the table order the Beniget she was going to put the order in after the Beniget get done why make everyone wait she she have communicated better maybe improve on your customer service training
My family met at the Cracker Barrel on Chaffee road in Jacksonville, Fl. Today as it is half way for a our family to meet for breakfast. We arrived at 8:30am. Had to wait 45min on a table, then another 1:15 for food after we where seated. The kitchen was serving the door dash customers first. Cracker Barrel has a customer service problem that will soon eat there lunch. I’m done with Cracker Barrel.
I ate at cracker barrel years ago and the meal was very tasty. Unfortunately my family ate at a cracker barrel on vacation in dandbridge Tennessee and we were terribly disappointed. We waited an hour and 1/2 to get seated and they made our family split up into different tables. The fried chicken was very overcooked and such a let down. I can't remember what others had but we left there vowing never to go back.
If it was possible to rate "0" I would've have. Their food quality and customer service have diminished over the years. I have frequented their restaurants in many cities throughout Dallas Ft. Worth; Arkansas, Texarkana plus others. They refuse to offer any kind of discount, including Sr. & Military. They seem to take pride in telling customers "We don't offer or give ANY KIND of discounts. For that reason, I stay away from them now. I also encourage others to do so. There have been times my family has eaten at some cracker barrel some where daily. Not anymore.

Yes. Golden Bear on Starkey Rd in Largo Fl. I give them 5 stars. First Watch on Tyrone Blvd in St Petersburg, all fresh, organic food. The taste is phenomenal. A Little pricey, but well worth it.

Have eaten there many times before and in the past have really enjoyed the food.
